Portable Spiral Freezers

ADVANCED's Portable Spiral Freezer combines compactness and efficiency in a system ideally suited to handle a wide variety of products requiring medium to long retention times.  The belt is loaded while moving straight across the infeed station.  It then travels into the freezing zone and winds around a rotating drum.  As it moves spirally upwards, refrigerated air flows horizontally through the system, gently freezing the product.  After a specified retention time the product emerges from the freezer, ready for packaging.  The freezer is built to U.S.D.A., F.D.A., and C.S.A. standards.
